when i try to open the game file to play the game, it doesnt open and basiclly says windows cant access the file weird since ive downloaded countless stuff from gamejolt and this never happened

I'm stuck in the elevator in the Steamworks, it keeps softlocking and going down infinitely. Any advice as to how to fix this or what's going on is appreciated.
