Basically you can get a chance of getting your OC to have a major story influence within the universe

whaddaya think

New rule

If your anomaly isn't adequate enough, you will get one more chance to edit it and fix it in order to give it another shot at making it into the universe

once that chance is gone, we will reject the anomaly through and through
