so I was playing as Germany and I opposed Hitler, then when I had captured Berlin and was about to end the fascist government, THEY BECAME A PUPPET OF ME BECAUSE OF THE BETTER GENERIC FOCUS TREE MOD I HAVE. man, this mod is weird
