I'm stuck in the floor the unstuck button does nothing I left and rejoined still in floor even pulled out my knife to go to prison and re entered but i just spawned in the floor

Just please fix the killer in purple 2 bug where if you go in the pizzeria you can't move and you're just stuck in the air. Just please fix it.
