He was called Central Penitentiary of Saint Joseph

It was done by The old Founder Rodrigo Carazo Odio

I'm sad because my country, Costa Rica 🇨🇷, was eliminated from the 2026 World Cup, and I'm sad that my country missed that opportunity to go and that the doors to enter the World Cup are closed :(
