The suffocating feeling got worse , I feel like I'm choking atp , and I want to cry , it feels like something is pressuring on the front of my throat , it feels weird and pressuring to swallow

I lowkey changed my pfp cuz I got obsessed with the song the prophet , Tiresias , sang to Odysseus , in the EPIC musical , and the pfp reminded me of a prophet kinda ,,,
