I'm recovering from a five day period of Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. It's slow, but I am eating more than a single meal per day.

I need help

Zero days clean.

I drank a cup of spoiled almond milk yesterday before I found out it was spoiled. I now have food poisoning.

It does hurt, snd I relapsed a few days ago.

I have only consumed almond milk, half a bag of chips which finished it off, and a cookie today.

I know one thing...
