hydrocity 2s layout is done but a few touch ups are needed
also, blocks will be added (if the player were to get cheaty, which i unfortunately found out when doing a race )

Blue hill 1 was designed by someone on discord (i dont even know what was the proper username), with features removed, and turned
Template for anyone, will be credited in the description if they made one (or several)

Graphics are done, tracks are tomorrow
Some are taken from the java game, while some are original
Ill create a template for any tracks you can create for me
all normal uncompressed driver sprites are done (conic, rya, leo, max, cosmo, kinalink, just a head in the original), ruben will start tomorrow
and kai (a chao replacement) will be after
I might start working on it, first being the uncompressed sprites
But the issue is, there isnt a custom driverless kart sprite sheet
Marios sprite had been seprated from the kart in mkt, but not the kart itself
So i took the kart model from ssbm (article)
