This dude is my favorite character in Highcell's 2.

Specifically this version.

Loading a Save File only requires 3 numbers, but apparently nothing stopped the player from entering more numbers, so that's been patched out.

Toy Yellow should be fixed now.

Also, some audio for Withered Highcell was updated.
