(insert me crying because I accidentally started an argument with my mom and now she's in a bad mood and it feels like it's all my fault)
My head still hurts,
I keep telling my brother to get quieter but he just doesn't listen,
I've told him that I have a migraine twice

I think I have Social Anxiety.

I've been working on my mental health that way I can get off my antidepressants and use my other meds
I also might take a break due to my mental health going down hill

Semi-vent
An hr ago I got DM-ed about how I been switching pfp and such lately and kept being somewhat really mean abt it. I might start forcing myself to stop doing things that I like to do if this keeps going on. Like how I treated myself in 2020-2024.
