Made a new Kakuna based off of the old sprite

Bargar are known for their distinctive double features on their right side, Bargar will burst out of nowhere and just start attacking anything they see, and it doesn't matter where you were they can get you

Here's a Dewgong redesign made by me!
Added a secondary color, gave it at least SOME ice elements and removed the horn which was probably there because of how bland Dewgong is.
