Aww, Inky's first blender animation!

Can someone please tell me how the hell you make the fnaf player camera movement? Like when you move your cursor to the right and left the camera moves slowly, like in the game? Ps. this is for unreal

Hello Hello Hello! Inky here, I've been working on learning on how to use blender and unreal and I just want to say that progress is slow, but I'll get there eventually!
