WIP Closer look at the billboard. The issue is with the Glare that i can't make realistic enough with some blur into the lights. When i try it, whole image becomes blurry... Can anyone help please?

With the modeler of The Return to Bloody Nights i made peace recently after clearing some of the things between us. But in order to show how much he matters to me, i had to sacrifice the game. And... it means it's probably wont come out at all.
