What do you think?

Great game! It has me constantly worrying about my next move and strategically planning out my game. The only thing I would recommend is the amount of turns the player starts with. Instead of only being concerned about bombs I would like to actually think about the amount of turns remaining. I personally think the turns should be 10 or 15, 20 is more of an easy mode.

Awesome! this is great and i had a fun time with it. :)

Pretty damn fun and impressive for a jam game! If I had this installed on my calculator back in the good ol' days I wouldn't have learned any maths. So thank you for not making this game in the past.

A simple yet challenging number-based puzzle game that requires basic maths, planning and a cool head under pressure! A turn-based system gives you time to plan and work things out at your own speed.. but when a bomb spawns you'll be against the clock to defuse it. [Note: This game was created for a KrassJam gamejam within 72 hours].

Watch my video on YouTube to learn more on how the game works.

Combine any two tiles in the 5 x 5 grid with mathematical operators (+, -, *, /).
The result is stored in place of the second tile. If the resulting number is present in an adjacent tile (N, E, S or W) - a match is performed. If no match is made after a move, the result remains and a multiplier is added to. The multiplier will be taken into account when you later match this tile, giving you even more points.

But beware, with the higher multiplier bonus.. comes the higher chance of a bomb spawning. Each non-matching move has a chance to place a bomb on the resulting tile. You will then be against the clock to defuse the bomb through matching it with an adjacent number - else it'll be game over.

The aim of the game is to match two of the legendary 1337 blocks. Combine numbers up to 1337 to create a permanent block that can no longer be used as part of a move.

Pro tip: Always be thinking about how you would be able to defuse a bomb should one spawn. Without any thought, it can be challenging to have to combine a board of random numbers to make 367 within 15 seconds!!
