Added another talkative npc, changed shop ui, changed title and hat changer ui, added more hats, added beta backpack and hat (can only get when opening 0.5) and added another weapon

added angel wings and bean suit (you can only get them from the game shop until they are removed, but you can keep them obviously thats what makes them special) added armor physics for npcs, revamped UI (i think again)

adds 2 new hats (afro and pill hat) cargo event touch boxes for cash, (you must now find afro and rich hat on the map to unlock them for your character, revamped hat select UI
