this game is looking really promising, I like the slingshot and emote mechanic, def see a lot of potential plus the sprite work is fantastic, wish there was a way I could help with the game

DETERMINED
DETERMINED is an UNDERTALE fangame that isn't like the rest. With new characters, a new world, a new story, and new mechanics!
It is currently in alfa stages, so expect some bugs, unexploited features and a number of things that could be better.
Don't be afraid though, the game is playable and has a lot to show you. Like what, you ask?

CONTROLS
Z - accept/interact
X - cancel/fast forward text
C - menu/skip text

Arrow keys - move
Esc (hold) - close game
Note: Accidentally, a developer tool was left in this version. Pressing M while in a battle will instantly make you GAME OVER.
Note 2: Also, pressing R restarts the Game.
WHAT'S NEXT:
We finally have a composer! The next uploads should be:
-Alpha with original soundtrack
-Alpha translated to spanish 🇪🇦 (also with original soundtrack)
After that, we plan to release the game one area at a time, hopefully once a year (don't count with that). The next one is the forest, wich was already previewed in this alpha.
