After looking at the daily news-paper you spot a certain article. The old Rock's Pizza is left abandoned with no future or plans for anything to be built on top, but thats not what interests you. What interests you is that there have been many paranormal sightings at the location, even when it used to be up and running. You immediately drive to the location.
