What do you think?

OMG, so chill!

a very simple and relaxing game. i like it

I actually really enjoy this, it is just a super relaxed experience. I do just want to let you know a bit of an issue with the text descriptions as some are too long for the text window and are cut off mid sentence, and the posters are missing their descriptions but other than those two things, wonderful!

How long should this take to complete?

I did a video on the game, it was very simple and it was relaxing! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLTDNp0TYDI

Moving Simulator Theme

Our entry for Global Game Jam 2019. This game was made by 7 people in under 72 hours, using that years theme 'What Home Means to You'.

Moving Simulator is a game about the feelings that follow when you pack your belongings when moving away. The game portrays emotional attachments, reflections and stories of your belongings around you, and the little journey everyone goes through when deciding what is worth keeping, and what is best to throw away.

You play from the perspective of an indistinct main character, whose story is told through their view of their belongings. Click and explore the items in your room, and make your own interpretation of what these things meant for this person.

Please be aware that as this was made for a Game Jam, the final product contains bugs and is, as most games like this, not entirely finished. But please enjoy the experience, and feedback is always welcome.

The fantastic team that I got to make this game with:

Julie Pedersen Martinussen - Game Design, Concept, Concept Art, 2D Art, Font

Torbjørn Brekke - Game Design, Logo Design, 2D Art, UI

Thomas MJ - Sound & Music Design

Morten Bilet - 3D Art

Magnus - 3D Art, Game Design

Thomas Aunvik "Thaun_" - Programming, Game Design

Hanne-Therese R - Writing

This is a lightly revised version, with the missing assets that we didn't have time to implement. For the first version, check out https://globalgamejam.org/2019/games/moving-simulator-flyttebyr%C3%A5et
