An Eevee who's been living under the protection of a Houndoom named Saga ever since his trainer's death at a young age. His trainer was an ace detective primarily working around the Stiwel Islands! An archipelago west of the famous Johto region, where many Johtoians flock to find Pokémon not found anywhere else near Johto. One day, long after the death of the Eevee's trainer the islands are subject to a bunch of mysterious happenings, seemingly man made disasters that nobody knows who is behind. What's worse is that all the predators on the island are becoming infected with some sort of virus... that increases the intensity of their prey drive, and makes them more aggressive, sometimes, even aggressive enough to attack humans!
None of the humans know what is going on, and the Stiwel Islands are having their beautiful ecosystem threatened... maybe it is with your help, that the Eevee can rise up to the test and solve the mystery plaguing the Stiwel Islands?
