SONIC.SFA, or SEGA FEAR ASSESSMENT, is a collective experience comprised of 6 chapters. Each chapter will slowly uncover the truth behind the SEGA FEAR ASSESSMENT application and its creator in 2013, as well as the mysterious disappearance of the developer who worked on its fan recreation in 2024.

2013:
A mysterious application labeled "SEGA FEAR ASSESSMENT" suddenly appeared to a guy named Karl, who works at SEGA. After opening it and taking the test, he uncovered some murders and quickly called the police.
2024:
A young developer, known for creating Sonic horror fan games, was in search of a new project. He discovered this application through the assistance of a friend of Karl's. After opening it, he eventually took the test. The test was random, and the murders were equally bizarre. However, this experience inspired him. He recreated the application with his own touches, offering others a perspective on the story that unfolded in 2013.
