It's a decent fan-made fighting game, with an interesting concept, although I've seen something similar but with a different roster of fighters, quite a few at that. It's fine as a fan game for a weekend night, basically. As they say, nothing particularly bad, and nothing particularly good. It's a one-time game, nothing more.
By the way, a shout-out to you from a gamer who played your creation at SAGE 2025!

Ultimate Street Fighter: Fist of Fate is my dream fangame for SF, this game is a tribute a to the 35 years of the SF franchise that consists of Dream Match being the balanced SF with the largest number of mechanics possible (CvS Crossover series,3rd Strike,Alpha and SSF4) with the whole menu look inspired by the Classic HSF2 (Hyper Street Fighter II) plus with the sprites in 32 bits as in the crossovers of the series.
The game has 26 selectable + secret characters and with turn modes giving the possibility to play with 4 players. Online multiplayer possible with the Parsec program.
