Definitely a very unique and interesting game, though a bit fiddly.

My thoughts on the game:
Some of the images (like start intro) seem a bit rushed (No straight lines, etc..) but overall they seem great!
It should be more clear how the game works, maybe even being straight forward with the player, since I was really confused when to rip and when to go out, or if I can even attack her etc..
Some faint background music/noise would be nice in the house when the girl isn't attacking, since it's really silent.
WHY is part of the house a maze! xD (Not that big of a deal but it is a little funny)
Sometimes ripping out doesn't work and you have to spam "rip it > back > rip it > back > rip it > etc.." till it works..
It's hard clicking on the "Rip it" button, it would be nice if it was an actual "box" and you wouldn't have to precisely click on the text.
The book page looks a bit messy? "Rip It", "Back" and the arrows should be a font and not just drawn on, I feel like it'll make the game seem to have more quality in it.
I have a weird liking towards hard controls... No clue why but that makes me feel like the game is ages old, definitely a nostalgic feeling!
Overall, quite a good game. I really liked it. Other than the game being quite unclear in some areas and fiddly it was really nice and I can see all the effort put into it. Great job! :)
I'm liking the game so far but whenever I get to the part where I rip Yui's first page after she says "Ouchie" everything just repeats... am i doing something wrong?
