i hope that this thing gets finshed and you should make a playlist of crusade
Project CRUSADE is a fangame modeled after the classic Paper Mario titles, complete with everything you'd expect from them: Badges, Statuses, Action Commands, and more - While also being highly customizable, with the difficulty and stat selection, so you can choose your own playstyle and how hard you want the game to be! What you see here is also heavily inspired by my own currently ongoing YouTube series, also by the name of CRUSADE, so feel free to check that out as well!
Currently planned features include...
At least 8 unique boss fights, each with 3 difficulty settings, plus a special extra hard EX mode!
A wide variety of Badges, consisting of series staples, ones formerly exclusive to ROM hacks and other fangames, and many brand new ones!
Several characters to choose from, each with their own unique movesets and Badges!
The iconic Pit of 100 Trials, a gauntlet of weak enemies that progressively get stronger until the grand finale...
Challenges to complete with specific Badge and/or character setups
And much more!
The currently released demo includes:
Full boss fights against four of the eight Elite Bros, including their latest recruit, the deadly Sniper Bro, in addition to their brutal EX forms
60 floors of the Pit of 100 Trials, a gauntlet of enemies with 4 difficulty settings including minibosses on every 9th floor
Fully fledged moveset and special Badge loadout for LK, the shocking swordspuff, Willow, the geometric agent of light, Digit, the reborn code of the multiverse, and Bullet Bro, the cybernetic bounty hunter!
120+ Badges, some of which are personalized for each character
Unlockable Badges for each difficulty setting
Fully customizable stats and Badge loadouts up to Level 10, or 15 in the EX fights

* Berserker now has a small delay before choosing moves, fixing some issues.
* Gloomba EX's Spike Helmet should now be properly destroyed by Break Slash with Curses.
* Toxic Flood should no longer remove Badge Statuses.
