This game has a very interesting side to it. It has the same mechanics of the first game, yet it feels so different. When looking at if a game is a scary one, you go automatically to what makes it scary. This was not just the jumpscares that was terrifying, but nonetheless the ambience, and how things were so unexpected. Now, I could say that about any game. But the reason why this mechanic is terrifying is because if you do put out a camera, you can't see if anyone is on that camera anymore and that's worrying for anyone who plays this. Now, I understand that with more work as the game progresses, the graphics will be upped, and things will be a LOT more scarier. But overall, I rate this an 8/10.
