You are Ripley, the only survivor of the alien incident on the Nostromo but a queen managed to get aboard and made eggs that hatched and killed the crew. You have to survive five nights on the Nostromo before help can arrive. The aliens you have to deal with are the queen (night 5-7), the warrior (night 3-7), the drone (night 1-7), the face hugger (nights 2-7), the Praetorian (night 4-7), the runner (night 2-7), and the raveger (night 6-7).
