It's actually pretty good ! Just, Nightmare Endo is too fast and is a bit complicated to deal with especially if there is rat and cat gang on his side. I recommand you to change it's kill timer to 2 or 3

-- CHARACTERS --
Vinnie - His head will be floating in a circle at constant speed. The white bar on the top of the screen represents his patience. When it is empty, he will attack you. You can fill up the bar by pointing your flashlight at his face.
Rat & Cat Gang - One will appear on the right side. If it's Monster Rat, left click on him. If it's Monster Cat, right click on him. If it's Shadow Rat, middle click on him. If it's Shadow Cat, don't interact with him and don't point your light at his face. Taking too long to deal with them or doing the incorrect action will kill you.
Glow BB - His balloon will lift off somewhere on the screen, being only visible in the darkness. Left click on it to pop it before it reaches the top of the screen or else he'll kill you.
Nightmare Endo - He will laugh somewhat audibly and you will be able to see his eyes in the darkness on either side of the room. If his eyes are on the left, move your mouse to the far right side of the room. If his eyes are on the right, move your mouse to the far left side of the room. You have about a second to deal with him. Don't go to the side he is on if you want to live.
The Penguin - He will occasionally say his iconic line as 1-4 hamburgers spawn on the bed. While a hamburger is on the bed, Vinnie will be more impatient. Press the number equal to the amount of hamburgers you see on the bed to send them to The Penguin so he can fulfill the order. He doesn't lose patience, but if you mess up the order then it's game over.
-- HARD MODE --
Vinnie spins faster, is more impatient and gains patience at a slower rate.
Rat & Cat Gang spawn more often and attack sooner.
Glow BB's balloon spawns more often and has greater vertical velocity.
Nightmare Endo spawns more often and gives you exactly one second to deal with him.
The Penguin has more orders to fulfill.
