Deos the 4.0.0 work on 3.1.1?

The download for version 2.2.0/2.2.1 doesnt work. and i dont know how to download v3.0.0
does the version of this for 3.0.0 work with 3.0.0+ and if not then are you gonna do a version for 3.0.0+?
