Not only is this a really good perspective battle, it's also really impressive that it was made by just one person who (i assume) has only a basic understanding of RPG Maker. Really good stuff

Absolutely my deepest gratitude goes to you for making this. The animations are so well done and meaty looking. The addition of the "hopeful in joyful" battle is awesome too! I love how well these fights are balanced.
It definitely feels like you're playing as a boss character while not being completely overwhelming and the opposing team still has a chance of beating you as well.

NOTE:
If the game closes immediately upon launching, then maybe try excluding the game's folder from anti-virus scanning. I did the same thing when I downloaded the original Hopeful so maybe that got carried to my game. If this doesn't work then I have no clue, sorry, I'm not good at tech support.

Fun Fact: Due to GameJolt renaming the ZIP file to all lowercase and separating everything by dashes, including apostrophes, the file name for what I upload says "Harts" rather than "Hart's" because downloading something called "hart-s-perspective" sucks.

1ouuurghhh patch notes.....
- Fixed some tiny issues with downed enemies such as still being hit by Barry's Firebombs
- Removed speed up for the epilogue fight for immersion or something, I just thought it looked bad so you get slow fight again!!!

I've made a few patches since the initial release of version 1.5.0, namely:
- Fixed some animations and descriptions
- Fixed some problems regarding the Untargetable state
- Reduced turns to wear off Pissed and Seen Red
- Monstrosity resists Pissed more
1I originally wanted to add this on top of the initial 1.5.0 update, but I couldn't get the script to work in time. But here it is now!
at this rate i'm never going to be able to make that big update i had planned months ago, so screw it, this is version 1.5.0 now.
