i have Windows 8.1 i run all like it said and get no text in game at all
my system locale is english i have RPG Maker XP ,-RPGVX_RTP-RPGVXAce_RTP\RTP100-RGSS102E.dll
When I try to install then play... a major component of the game isn't installed or it can't find RGSS102e.dll suggestions?
