"Why the blocks are falling from above?"

You are in closed room where square blocks are falling from above. Your task is to avoid them. Simple.

There are 10 levels. You should be able to finish this game in +5 minutes.

Might be hard or unfair, but it's beatable. I recommend you to play on full screen.
