What do you think?

Clean port of a solid game for the masses. Doing God's work here. Great stuff.

This is a really nice port! I like how it's still in line with the original mobile Slumberfish in some areas.

I really like all the QOL changes such as being able to change display mode and that you made the fade ins and outs use alpha-blending so they'd work on mobile.

One glaring issue with the port itself is the vibration feature cause when vibrations happen, they're all like a second long so they're way too distracting. I feel like they should only last for like 50-250ms depending on the case, but definitely not always over 500ms.

Other than the vibration thingy, this is almost a flawless port, it's well made, It's nice that you redesigned some of the fast-paced levels so they'd play better on mobile. And don't you worry, I won't steal this to claim it as my own bruh... :v

This is awesome! You did a great job with both this and CSDX! Do you plan on trying to port anymore of Scott's older games?

This is an unofficial mobile port of Scott Cawthon's Slumberfish!: Catching Z's. Since the original version of this game never received a mobile port of its own, I decided to do it myself.

If you've never played the first Slumberfish game before, it's pretty straightforward. The goal is to just simply guide the red ball through a series of levels filled with a bunch of sea critters that can either help you along the way or block your path OR pop your ball.

Although the main gimmick in Catching Z's that makes it slightly different from the first game is collecting a bunch of Z tokens that you can use to purchase starfish via an in-game shop when in the levels that you can then place on the levels themselves to help you during difficult levels to get to the goal easier. In other words... cheating. You can also use the Z's to purchase little knick-knack trinkets via the title screen.

This mobile port features the following:

  • Game settings (display mode and vibration).

  • Slightly re-worked/modified level design from the original to coincide with the port's new screen resolution.

  • Re-worked the clicking/touch controls to make the experience a lot more natural.

This was all a fun passion project overall, and just like with Chipper & Sons Lumber Co. DELUXE, it is also dedicated to Scott Cawthon and was made as a way of saying thank you for so many amazing years that you've given us. Please support Scott by playing his games and to give him as much love as possible.

NOTE: This was made specifically for Android devices. So don't go asking for a PC version since you can still get the original PC version of Catching Z's. Also please don't ask for an iOS version since I would have to pay for the developer license for iOS platforms and I really don't wanna do that. Sorry...

Enjoy!!!

Slumberfish! and Slumberfish!: Catching Z's belong to Scott Cawthon.

Fan-made mobile port by BigAl0104.

Special thanks to my friends @Phillebrave , Matthew Kroužil (@DINGO-MatejKrouzil1 ), and the fine folks over on the Scott Games Discord server for helping me beta test this.
