time attack menu concept

there's 2 modes

Ville's Time Attack (you have a set amount of time, and every piece of supplies you collect adds more time)

and Traditional (just try to win as fast as possible)

pick up the pace is finally done-ish

i might update it a LITTLE bit more but its pretty close to how i want it atm

we will add a Jerry's Bait Shop (you know the place) building in villetown

i have an idea for a timeattack mode

like find all the picnic supplies as fast as you can

or maybe it could be that you have a certain amount of time to find them all and you gain more time by finding them
