0.1.3 - Oh god! panic update.
This update doesn't warrant a whole changelog, because only two things were fixed: Dialogue boxes work again, since I broke them in 0.1.2, and I've made some of the tutorial dialogue easier to understand.

Scooped! Level editor sneak peek! Maps can be exported to a file, and loaded back into the editor, a standalone program separate from the game. Currently working on importing said maps into scooped, as well as the ability to place other entity types.
