0.3.1 found a glitch and patched it.
only one attack added, cuz i keep finding glitches while coding new attacks (glitchfixing takes way more time than new attacks usually so i prioritize them)
also added a couple sound effects that were missing

an undertale platformer i made because i was bored
finally beat hollow knight steel soul
took way longer than it should've.
