0.3.1 update is here!

Changes:

* Better video compression (main menu and tv static).

* Patrons shoutout section.

* Fixed a bug where you could report an anomaly from another room.

* Fixed the 'Space key bug' (don't ask).

* Fixed a few minor typos.
