-Basically Reworked the animatronics movement system hopefully to be more random (might be bugged idk couldn't test much)

-Fixed DRPC again

-Made it so Metal Chica can't appear when coming out of the maintenance panel

-Made it so Jolly/George can come into the office when the gas is out for a while so they aren't fully stalled by it anymore

-Jolly/George can no longer come into the office when Metal Freddy is there

-Fixed a couple visual bugs with characters moving on the cameras

-Nerfed Tweetie a little bit
