Before we go into the change log, here's a statement from Joel about the update.

After thinking about it for a while, I have released an update for Jonathan's Adventure Pricker Edition that contains trigger warnings for the ending. While not very graphic, it has depictions of topics that people may be sensitive to, and I don't want anyone to be made uncomfortable by my game. Please enjoy.
