* Fixed can't control Public or Allied vehicle

* Fixed Units attack ally / neutral

* Fixed Empire relations and Settings not correctly Cached and Synced

* Fixed Entity color effect bugs

* Fixed Ship Room pivot point in the Ship Editor

* Fixed error log (for debug) when removing a Room in the Ship Editor

* Other small fixes and improvements
