Fixed some weird camera behavior when jumping rope while looking at Dienza.
Added some missing names to the Credits.
Fixed the Ballon Buster Event's timer not updating the frame it appears.
Fixed Bradino keeping his fast speed after using the Whistle.
Fixed Tattolin not slowing down after tattling on the player.
Made the Restock Button an actual button instead of the Coffee Mug.
