Fixed me forgetting to make Moguera and Gezora spawn on the Earth board. Oops.
Adjusted getting knocked back right to take less time. This previously could cause loops that got you stuck and killed between mainly base enemies.
Fixed issue of the score text glitching on the Earth board. It's not supposed to do that... yet.

Textboxes on the board will scale with the monster's name now. Otherwise, names like Titanosaurus or Space Godzilla wouldn't fit.
