He'll randomly show up on either vent door:
If you take too long to close the door to scare him off, he'll explode, breaking the ventilation in the process, requiring you to restart it.

He starts in the Funtime Stage (camera 7), and he will slowly leave it, and you have to play the audio to reverse his progress before he leaves.
