Ported the OMORI skinpack to the new system

Revamped the chat visuals, allowing users to see more chat history.

Super dark names in chat now have a white outline to prevent them from being hard to see

Added notifications, which will notify you when players join, or send messages when they are not in the same room as you.

Removed chat fonts in favor of custom speech blips.

Added PVP themes and speech blips to skinpacks. The template pack README will now contain information on how to implement that in your own skinpacks.

Fixed a crash in PVP that may happen if your opponents soul doesn't load properly.

Fixed an issue where other peoples nametags would be the same color as your own no matter what.

Re-added Toriels original DF Classic emote, albeit with minor adjustments for consistency (It can be found in the Undertale SkinPack)

Fixed a bug where a specific taunt wouldn't load properly unless you opened the settings menu.
