1) Fixed bug with Psycho-Gun in the battle with the boss on Level 3-3
2) Increased strength of the Cobra rocket-arm
3) Increased the delay before the first shot for enemies in Level 3-2 and 3-3
4) Reduced the difficulty of the boss in Level 3-3
