Hello, and welcome to another RBtWTH update. Or is it? We are now announcing the new title! Say hello to… Royal Bones Faded Failure. Before the real fun starts, here is a logo.

Today we will be celebrating something quite amazing. We have hit 250 followers! To celebrate, we shall update you on what’s been happening to RBTWTH. To start things off, I have to announce something. The game has barely been worked on so far this month. I had strep throat and then right after I got the flu. Basically, I was super sick and couldn’t get any work done. But, I’m all better now! Right before this happened, coding had started with a new engine. The engine that was found is by a user known as @OrangePengi . It’s a pretty good engine and has what we need to create this game. Now, here’s a little bit of info on what comes of everyone’s favorite character… Sans!
Sans is the only main character who did not get affected by corruption and serves as your closet buddy in the underground. Sadly, you’re in the Ruins by yourself. Well, not by yourself…but Sans-less. His design will be revealed soon enough. The next thing we want to talk about is the Ruins…or…
The Ruined! Here’s a screenshot of the area. It’s a WIP and probably not the final design.

The Ruined is our replacement for the Ruins. It’s very old and dusty. Despite being known as the Ruins, Sans has nicknamed it the Ruined after the area was corrupted. However, the Ruined is only one of three parts to the first area. The first area consists of the Ruined, the Tunnels, and the Wilt. The Tunnels is an underground section, and the Wilt is where you’ll find more glitched stuff. The Tunnels has been a part of Royal Bones for a long time and is still intact in this game. However, the Wilt is a brand new area. It’s a very dark, cold, and green. To restore obj.Wilted to Flowey, you’ll need to visit here numerous times.
