What are the chances that Mortimer (Suicide Mouse) have to encounter him on Cam 7? I've been trying to unlock him for like 5 days straight and I can't do it. Even "The Forgotten One" had been unlocked by myself 3 times. lol

Can somebody explained to me how do I get this jumpscare? I try it in Pirate Caverns 1 with the codes 3497, but it didn't work.
