So... ONAF4 is not in great shape. All of our artists quit and the game has been in limbo since. So, I wanna take it into my hands to get this game back rolling and get it out late this year or early next year. The server for this game is still open and anyone is allowed to join! If you want to help with the art of this game, please join the server and contact either me or one of the other directors. :)

Want another Splatoon EXE? Bam! This is Blackout! He was once the third member of Off The Hook, but was removed. The game bugged and Blackout was born. He thought that Off the Hook abandoned him, and he wanted to take revenge. I hope you like him! :D
