8/28/18 Update: Thank you for all the feedback we've gotten these past few days.


In the past few days since SAGE started, a lot has changed for us involved with the project.

We’ve gotten a lot of solid fair reasonable criticism from people such as Meteorz during a live stream he did recently of the KDL+ and Kirby Gamble Galaxy Stories demos, as well as many other people on discord servers I’m in with.

Issues that were pointed out were some visual errors, the physics needing use fine tuning, and a few other minor things. Which we’ve received and are working on fixing.

Our composer Austic has also started work on making some more music for the game, including an original Title Screen theme and a redone version of Green Greens’ music replacing the one from the demo.

While I’ve gone back to work on making sprites for the new levels and other playable character, as well as touching up some older ones. While Strimp has been working on improving the physics and such.

People have also expressed thoughts on the demo being too short, since it’s only the first section of Green Greens and the Hub area. Which is a very fair complaint, and is one of the major reasons why we have no plans of releasing another demo until we have at least 2 full stages completed so there’s enough content for people to enjoy and not complete in less than a few minutes.

We only released the current demo we did to show off the engine, the feel of what the game will be like and see if we could get feedback on what we should change about it. So all things considered, the Demo was a success. A good number of people enjoyed and expressed their thoughts on what should be fixed or changed and we are happy to take the feedback and work with it.

We also now have a few new Beta Testers in Team Gamble, who have been really helpful. One of which is a reddit user named Hectic_Ecto who has been giving us a lot of feedback and criticism especially for the animations we are working on for the sprites and we’re glad to have him on the team.

We’re really looking forward to updating you all soon, and we appreciate all the feedback we’ve gotten. It helps us improve, and for something we’ve been working on for awhile as a side project we really want to make it special and a lot better than it was before.
