9 Years of Team Darkness, or Rather me, TD.

Hello, Fellow Assassins, Team Darkness Fans, Friends, its TD.

I came to celebrate my own Anniversary, as i, The Leader of Team Darkness, felt welcomed, and i thank Gamejolt for Such Honor

To Give The Silent Stalker, The Man Who Defended Chicago From Anonymous, Killed The Prophetess. Killed Nora.
and achieved my Revenge for my dad's Restless's death.

I want to thank my bro Slade for telling me truth about Alexa, sadly too late, as i wanted to drop kick him in the nuts, and i wanna thank vanessa, if she wasnt a bitch sometimes.

but i feel like we should get ahead, and start talking, and i hope we can be acquainted, with each other.

2017 i didnt do game development
2018 neither
2019 was where i started taking matters into my hands
I admit, being leader was hard, and i made not cool decisions with my words, and was unable to take Criticisms too easily.

2020 was some kind of neat start, i got what i needed, and was happy, Team Darkness was Happy too

I Enjoyed The DDLC and i Joined, i watched someone play it, and it got my heart, i felt heartbroken by deaths, and such sceneries..

2021 was the sad year, which well, it can be hard. but at least one game managed to see light of day. and i was so relieved. but other than that, was a shite year.

2022 - was Trying to see how i can improve, from 2021 year's issues
and slowly adapting was taking its matter of time.

2023 - was Great but also a Dark Year, ...ive seen someone passed away, month after my birthday (August - September)
and i admit.. this hit me hard. i've been hit with the biggest punch in the face, and felt like somethings changed, and this was a sign it has begun.

2024 - One Game was Released, and i enjoyed the sweet sweet victory. I know most didnt play or did footages, but each to their own interest i guess. the year was slowly making me improve

following 2024, i made prior decision of my own to leave UTC.

2025 - i've cutted ties with some or they did cut ties with me, there was no fangame release, but there were big changes in Team, After Months of Told to stop making pages too much i decided to make "Team Darkness Trojan Horse" An Ultimate Collection of All my MAIN + Legacy Fangames, in any Engine.

And in my birthday (August) to September 15 - i've disappeared from UTC. i may be known for my fangames, but i wanna be also known for The Assassins Trilogy which to me is a big success as a Writer and Storyteller.

and i admit to one thing, i renamed, but renaming is allowed.
so if you clicked links like "Failed Pacifist" from Thanos or other fangames LINKED to the Trojan Horse. Thats why!

and after i left the community i started enjoying other communities with few stuff to do on my own, like More Stories,

and i enjoy being free.

I Returned to DDLC After Forgetting it existed (I know, "how dare i"

though i hate that yall make views out of me

I hate there are any dramas, which i would like to not be part of it.
Neither Does Team. even for 2026, hell 2027.

My Objective is to help Team Darkness, Create Positive Enviroment, and focus on my fangames, and my friends's fangames
and eventually do Games normally..as in Paid Games, dunno how i will but depends but i will
enjoy Gaming Till The Day i die.

though when i looked at hollow again, i may admit, there been moments ive been a "Good" Youtuber, i mean i am not great, because i didnt do editing. I was afraid to edit much, i had to ask folks to help me edit.
or i just left it Raw Unedited. Only thing i did was Jumpcuts.

The Controversial Topic - "I'm Feeling Dismotivated" Aka The Reacurring theme in Fangame Development. (My Statement)

Look, before anything, i am just gonna say, No one is targeted, and i am not willing to target anybody in this topic, this is just me being straightfoward.

And Please Respect my Understanding and Opinion on this Controversy.

As you problably know when you wanna do a fangame, or work on team's fangame, you think its "Happy Good Movement" its 2 days and you feel like movement is doing good.

but then later on its "I feel dismotivated" "This feels like a work to me"

And i hear that alot, trust me i felt the same, i was thinking i can get some movement revived, but it gets revived two days.

so i try to pray that one day i can fix it, i cant speak for others but others have their way of "hoping for Dismotivation to fade away"

Trust me, and i dont wanna sound like i am a Forcing or "you have to work 24/7 No Breaks mwahaha" you can have a break, you can take breaks, you can do anything, as long as i am aware what will happen, then there is no sweat.

the Underlying issue Lies on "I Feel Dismotivated"

And again, i dont wanna sound like Certain someone but you know what i wanna say anyway.

but here is what i wanna say in NEW and Improved way, so we can ALL Find a Compromise.

Don't procrastinate

• If you ever allow yourself to think 'I can't be bothered right now', push it out of your mind and get working immediately. Don't give it any time to fester and gain traction.

• We are stupid creatures. We live by habit. If we allow ourselves to not work because 'we can't be bothered' this becomes a habit and it will happen more and more. Don't let it start. Do the opposite! get in the habit of just doing it and then it becomes easy to just do it.

• However, if you are in the habit of just doing it, and you get a strong feeling of 'I can't be bothered' you are likely genuinely tired and need more sleep, or you're overworked.
  
  How to defeat Overworking?
  
  Do 8 hour days, 5 days a week

• Take a 5 minute break to get up and walk around once every 45 mins. Give your brain a break.

• Take the weekend off to relax, recharge, and motivate yourself for the following week.

• Get enough sleep. Don't underestimate this tip.

• Take a week off once every 3 months. This is essential or you will burn out. You need time away from thinking about something or you fry your brain so it's of no use to you.

• You will be more efficient and get more done by not overworking. Overwork makes our brain go around in circles while problem solving. If we are fresh, problems get solved very easily.

By not overworking, and getting enough sleep, your motivation levels will always stay high. - Well at least until mid way through Friday :)

how i want Team Darkness to do?

I want to do the same, and if My Team Members see it, Please Listen to that tip to, if you are taking a break, do so, inform us, comms are key, i Value The Team and their frustration, but doing it solo, and not saying towards me or co founder dosent help us progress a genuine Journey for our fangames, which can be pretty Disappointing for its look and Reputation.

Fellas, as long we get our feet back up, and i mean those who help with Projects (DMW, Failed Pacifist), Set a Good (Not Perfect) Schedule, and make sure to keep it running at least, till some changes happen or Vacations, then i am sure we can Bypass The Dismotivation.

Do i Miss The Good Old Times?

I do miss these good old times, but even if i say so, i cant revert them, no matter how HARD i would try, i cant deny that i cant bring old times.

Thats what i liked in people, their hard working effort, for art, Game, Soundtrack, and mostly, Their Efforts of making designs.

Using AI is and still is, and excuse me for a vulgar language, a BITCH Move.

I will admit i used ai only for Personal Reasons to find out on why it was people's peak back then, Not for my Games, or anything, as this would not only DAMAGE Reputation, but also Damage, the thing i wanna craft without resorting to this type of thing

My Games are AI-Free And that means, No Resorts to Using AI
I wanna say yes, i saw people talked about Redeem Swansong, and we talked about it privately, this will be solved as soon we get a female vocalist (Still Hiring!)

The Musician will Remain in Team, but will be aware to not do that again. (We talking about 2024 or early 2025 Release of the song)

The Silent Stalker one that is out, yes i tested that ai, And i plan to remove it from YT, And Release an Humanly Made SIlent Stalker Theme, Meaning it will follow the music, Same Music Vocals, but this will be made by HUMANS, not AI, Which i want to own up for not deleting it or privatizing it Early, It took me while to think about this and trying to find a Compromise, which i wont lie it troubled me personally, Physically and Emotionally, since I hate what is happening currently. but i hope that you will accept it, and wait for the better version. which if you saw the Poll of The Assassins Trilogy OST would be Boss Fights. and its also a gift for everyone, as i want to make something.

however, one good side for Ai usage would be AI COVERS, if you seen these, or Use AI Voices from Video Game Characters of them playing Video Games

Meaning i am Working on HabuPain's Saiko No Sutoka Game, Which is REMAKE Under The Title: The Tale of Obsession (An Unofficial Expansion/Improvement of Original Saiko No Sutoka)

ART ISNT MINE, But Its made by Official Team Member, An Artist and Animator of Saiko No Sutoka - IMAGINATIONCLASH (I Only added Text "The Tale of Obsession")

Habupain Released The Game in 2020, and it had alot of updates, Had Junky AI, but later on got updated, there are bugs, and Few Modes, but its Still UNFINISHED even if its released as a PAID Game

The Dev Promised - The Nightmare Mode, Which is SEQUEL To Events of NORMAL & HARD MODE, But wasnt Released, After An 2021 Update: 2.2.8.

So i decided to take over the role, Depends if ever Habupain sees the Remake, and if he wants it to be Official Remake, he can but i am not forcing or anything, but as a Fan of this Project and a game of this,

NIGHTMARE - UNRELEASED, Following Events of NORMAL/HARD MODE, Saiko is back as Undead with Shards of Glass on her, Senpai Developed PTSD From the events, and now he has Nightmares.

While its a Interesting Setting, My Remake Has CHAPTERS.

So Basically Chapter 2 would be Events of NORMAL & HARD MODE,

Chapter 3 & Bit 4, will also have Inspirations of Saiko No Sutoka No Shiki which i would say its bit of Redemption in some what way after Normal & Hard Mode Events

And Explain Difficulty Selections its bit INSPIRED OF GRANNY (2017)

Yandere/Easy - Less Damage, Less AI Speed, Glowing Objects (Some Endings are Locked) 0% One Shot Kill.

Normal - Standard Difficulty, Average Damage, Normal Speed, Glowing Objects (Normal Endings Only Available) 3% One Shot Kill Chance

Hard - Step up Difficulty, More Damage Saiko Deals, Bit Faster
(All Endings Available & Including Hard Mode Endings with some Changes) 10% of 1 Shot Kill

Extreme - Hardest Difficulty, Saiko is Faster, but Damage is bit unforgiving, All Endings Still Available, Hidden Ending Available. + Has Alot of Chances on INSTA-KILLING Player 45 or 30% (Related to ANTI-PIRACY SYSTEM WHERE SAIKO CAN ONE SHOT PLAYER NO MATTER WHAT!)

My Purpose for this is to make it Lan or eventually finding Solution to make It Online!

It will keep Randommness, There will be Knobs, And Mostly, same Soundtrack, And Same Entities!

and Also will Feature, Same Challenge stuff, Cheats even!

My Goal is to Make it good, Roblox Doors was always my Go To Game, in 2023.

And seeing Roblox Screwing up this bad, makes me feel like if Roblox Goes Down, That means Doors is bit Affected..

And because of this, I am making a big Movement for all Roblox Players, that loved Doors, to embrace in this Playable State.

Obsessive Nature is Yandere + Few Inspirational of Games, that takes place in 2008, July 14th

You will take roles of Male (Friend of a Stranger) Or Female (Main Protagonist)

For Female, You're Joanna, a Reporter of USA's Television cooperative with Italy Broadcast That supports English.

Joanna is Age 30 Woman, who has lost her beloved in Rain Storm, Hit by Lighting as a Unlucky Day for Her Husband

She continued the work as a Reporter but also Studied to be interviewer, as to make her beloved Proud
Joanna wanted to move on from the Event, and she wanted to make sure to not die by the storm just like her husband got hit.

However she was tasked to investigate the Report of Spotted Stranger who is accused of Robbery and Held Hostage of 26 Year old Woman or a Boy.

The Stranger's name from Police Records find out its Clyde.
Clyde is 25 years old, and was Born in United Kingdom at The Countryside, in Farmhouse, Clyde had Family at his Disposal, who didnt let him see other side of the world,

Clyde Grew Restless over Family's overprotection and isolation, one time Clyde Grew Enraged and made Rebelion against his Family to let him go, or he will call the Police.

Family Paid Fine of few bucks, but were not arrested, they were however put on watch list.

Clyde Escaped after 4th Visit on Therapy, he wanted to make friends or start life of his own, however, he didnt had money, he decided to rob Italy's Jewely Store, And Earn Money by that.

He Held Hostage During The Action, and Moved to a Mansion, he Hid There Since 2003.

In 2008, They Spotted Him thinking the Heat died down, Joanna Wants to Find out what drew Clyde to the Actions such as this.

The Game will Feature Few Aspects of Fighting back, Escaping, And using Items against Him.

Death Animations, Voice Lines (or in case Text Lines), Easter eggs, And More Stuff to do

Upcoming Chapters in Future. for now treat this as a Simple Game.

Along Side with Difficulties/ or Game Modes.

Remembers That She saw 26 Year old Boy/Girl (Based on The Decision)
and that she saw Clyde begging for her to not snitch him to the Authorities.
Joanna saw something about Clyde but cant understand what it is.

She remains to the side that tells her to protect her job, and do whats right.

However few Days Passing, Clyde Under Allias of " Dr. Alonzo Luigi"

Who is meant to be Assigned Doctor for Joanna's Medical Status
Sneaks in, and Tries to tie out loose ends, Joanna Saw The 26 Year Old Boy as Hostage, and she saw what he didnt want her or public to see.

Now he had to knock her unconsious, Wipe Her Memories, or... End her Life.

Joanna had to take Medical Items before Escaping The Hospital, Upon Stealth Evading Clyde, Joanna Eavesdrop on Talking with someone who is friends with Clyde (The Male Protagonist Set in Prequel or During Joanna's Story Events)

The Male Tells Clyde to cut it out in Italian, he dosent want Clyde to do something horrible and believes what he is doing is beyond Limits, Clyde with Multiple Attempts at stopping the male, Executes him and leaves the dead body in the hospital. Possibly to Make it look like She Killed The Innocent Civilan Out of Self Defense.
(Few Endings too)

Upon Escaping Clyde Joanna Gets Stopped by Police, wanting to tell them the story, she gets sent to Department to tell her what happened.

there is also a Debate that i had in my mind for so damm long, Clickteam Vs Godot.

you know WE As a Team used to make Games on Clickteam, i ignored warnings on how limited it was. and mostly, the debate slowly comes to an end with me coming to understand Godot is 1000 Times better than Clickteam.

and got me thinking, since we made Clickteam Games, what am i gonna do with them, it would be Private, there are just few games i regret making and publishing, but part of me wants to REMADE Them in current Chosen Engine, "Godot"

Godot is amazing Open Source Engine, and got me thinking.. why not hire Godot Coders, i mean, if i want my fangames to truly step up and be part of Team Darkness: The Trojan Horse Launcher why not replace Clickteam with Godot For good, and Let Godot have its spot.

at this point, fuck the clickteam, fuck it to the ground, sure you can a happy british camper with a 9mm aimed at me with Clickteam 3 Coming and tell me "Better take that Back you metalic Spastic" (Oh wow that Rhymed-), as much i am hyped with new features, it still dosent excuse the limits of the Engine.

You can Release The Game with a bug or glitch, Its called a freaking FEEDBACK For a Reason!

Not Everyone will LIKE Your Game instantly, because WE as Human Beings WORKED HARDER For it to be bug Free.

There will be whining and complaining, and what do i say to that? Mostly its very hard for people to come out with it but all i am saying, Get your Senses together Fellow US/USA, UK, EU Members.

Make A Game, with bugs or without, That is your Prefrence, but i'd follow with casual developing, Making a Game may be easy for us to say, or for me, but i am saying, Just Release The Damm Game with Bugs, they will find it, You will see what you can do, and just Roll with it, Roll with Updates/Patch Notes.

And if people are STILL Not Pleased, Thats a Skill Issue to them, Not to you

I made a big mistake for Whining over Quin's Game "Dusttale:Obitus" and i made Post on it, and Apologized. And learned to NOT Judge the Book by its cover or rather Not Judge The Product until its Public Release.

So in Conclusion From Yours Truly, TD!Sans or as in whole, Team Darkness Studios - to Every Game Dev, Release The Game however you want, Casually or just PERFECTLY Made Craft (Meaning, Spent Months with FIXING 20 or 10 Bugs in game) And i understand busyness IRL and such so dont have to tell me twice.

but my best advice is - dont overthink about "Oh Nobody will like the game even if its released Bug-free" and if people still hate on it, Just let them complain, and you roll the updates, add what you want, buff or nerf whatever ya wish, as long Fans or Loyal Players of your game like and if there are issues and they'd give you feedback, then be happy

Team Darkness Begun in 2019, it started off in a confusing and yet bit bad note but learning overall year, growth helped me see mistakes, and gave me motivation to do better, Hence why i wanna finish off OLD, NEW, PRESENT Fangames Including Collabing Fangames with @Short_Monqey @AULordII @PenSea 's Fangames which i appriciate them for Allowing their fangames to be Partnered with The Trojan Horse As Upcoming Seasonal Content

There have been Downsides as in Problems, but there are also Upsides of Team which are positives, and i want to aim for upsides all the time, as much i can, it may not be easy of me to bring things back from the dead, as in activity, and other stuff, but as long things go the right way, and as long i am being Wise and as long as Co Director can also help me around with things that he thinks could have improvement overall..

I believe there will be a MASSIVE Success Like Failed Pacifist Had in 2020, And thats what i am aiming for, to Reclaim That Massive Success that i had 6 years ago.
Even if it means taking it too long to get it.
