first version of pac-mix, from june 14th 2023.

i have a full first world, but they were turbowarp files and i deleted them. cant recover now!

The Tegen NES version of Ms. Pac-Man only lets players pause 255 times per game. This was done to combat the slow motion feature of certain controllers for the console.
