It’s a Bully will disappear for a while then will teleport to another room and will disappear and go to another room(Unless your there). If you in the same room as him he will block all arrows that move you to another room. Give him a item and he will go away. You just need to touch him(accidently also counts) and he will take your item and go away. When he go away he will be outside of the school for some time and come back to bully more. The arrows will appear once he is away.
